The Scribes are a multi-award winning hip hop act from Bristol whose unique talents have combined to make a trademark sound quite unlike any other, featuring a seamless blend of live instrumentation and sampling set against a backdrop of head nodding boom bap breaks.

The Scribes have become festival favourites across the UK, recently gracing the stage at
Glastonbury, Wireless, Isle Of Wight, Electric Picnic, Latitude, Wilderness, WOMAD, Boomtown, Urban In Ibiza, Shambala, Bearded Theory, Leopallooza and many more.

The Scribes were the first UK artist signed with US label Kamikazi Airlines, co-owned by Dizzy Dustin of legendary hip hop act Ugly Duckling, releasing "The Sky Is Falling" LP and "The Scribes Present Ill Literature" LP worldwide to critical acclaim.
